The #PWPexperience is a social project for The Perfect World Project, where a competition winner will get the chance to try a new experience by selecting one of four chosen activities advertised. The competition winner will have their experienced filmed and edited for the use of PWP’s social media and a copy will be sent to the competition winner for their own use.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions including the filming and publishing of the activity. By entering, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Experience/ Activity & filming
1.) The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, this includes exchanging for another activity.
2.) The experience location will be stated by The Perfect World Project, we do not cover travel costs. The activities location is chosen based on filming rights and cannot be changed if a single location is available. When possible, we will offer different locations for the activity, however this will not always be possible. A replacement activity will not be offered if the chosen winner cannot travel to the activities location and we will select another winner.
3.) The chosen winner will be the only person able to participate in the activity, it cannot be offered to a friends, family member or as a gift to someone else.
4.) The Perfect World Project accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the activity).
5.) The winner will need to be medically fit for the activity they wish to choose, if they are found not to be medically fit, the experience will not go ahead- (Research the activity beforehand).
6.) We will notify the winner when and where the activity is, and arrange a date, time and a meeting point between all parties involved, including activity venue, camera operatives and the competition winner.
7.) The Perfect World Project will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of property during filming.
8.) The Perfect World Project accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, death or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
9.) The activity will be filmed and edited by the PWP team.
10.) When required, the competition winner will wear a GoPro headset or chest mount to record footage from their point of view.
11.) Any equipment used by the competition winner will need to be returned after filming. Any non-accidental damage or loss will incur charges. Any theft will require police involvement.
12.) The footage will be used across on this website, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
13.) A release form will need to be signed by the winner before the activity commences.
14.) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and any footage/ imagery captured during the activity in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
15.) Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16.) The Perfect World Project reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of PWP in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.) The Perfect World Project shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
18.) The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Perfect World Project and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
19.) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
20.) Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our three social channels, Facebook & Instagram. The winner will be selected at random from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
21.) We will offer four experiences to choose from, you will then need to comment on the post on Facebook & Instagram, or reply to the Twitter post with your chosen activity.
22.) The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Each social platform will have their own instructions on how to enter, these can be found on our social pages.
23.) If you have entered the competition on Facebook, you can also enter on Instagram and Twitter.
24.) The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook/ Instagram within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
25.) You must Like or Follow our social pages in order for us to contact you if you’ve been chosen. When a person is picked at random, if they are found to not have Liked or Followed our page, they will not be contacted and another winner will be selected.
26.) Closing date for entry will be stated on the Facebook & Instagram post. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
27.) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
28.) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to The Perfect World Project and not to any other party
